Hello all,
Here is my question. There is a police car, unmarked Crown Victoria, with darken glasses parking on the street outside my house. The situation is rather funny. The car been parking there for 2 days now. I can see 1 or 2 people inside. It usually park there in the morning, and then left during lunch, than come back, and then stays in the same spot until late night. Don't know if it is the same person sitting inside the whole time or not. The situation is really funny though. I guess they don't realize that they are parking right by the community's mailbox that has everyone mailbox in the same station. I actually start noticing since I have been getting the mail at noon for the last 2 days and I always notice the car parking there. I guess they are doing surveillance on one of my neighbors, but at the same time they should know better not to park right in front of the mailbox station because- PEOPLE WHO GO OUT TO GET MAIL WILL NOTICE YOU.
I live in California. I am just wondering if it is legal for me to take a picture, with license plate ( it has CA exempt on it) and the picture the mailbox station and put it online. The point is to prove that this is an epic failure on the part of the police. Please let me know.
