Hyperactivity & Anxiety? and Depression?

What happens if he forgets to take his medicine one day?

And that happens to be a day someone starts a fight with him and he losses his self control during the fight & severely injures someone?

Whose responsibility would it be in a lawsuit the parents or the martial arts instructor or the child's?
