Is it OK if I record the Paramount's Logo during a DvD or something else

No and why would you, do they have something to do with a movie you are making?
It doesn't make sense too.
And there are copyright laws you would be violating.

If You are planning to show the recording to the Public, then no, it is not okay because you do not have the rights to "use" the companies logo in your recording.

If the recording is for private use, eg: family and friends and just yourself, it is okay, no-one will mind/care. However if you were to sell the recording, make it public, it would be not allowed, and possibly a copyright infringement.
