...the healthy way? i just had a surgery more than a month ago and was 85 pounds, but because i binged a lot in the past month my highest point was 96 pounds after i ate a lot, so then i started freaking out
so now im about 92, slightly underweight but not really
cause there are moments when i feel fat even though i know im not.
so i have this problem with binging, i tell myself to stop but i kinda justify it by saying i needa gain weight
so every time i eat its just a constant battle of whether to eat or not
and when i stop eating, i still think of food.
btw im 14, 5'4"ish and 93 pounds
so is my binging justified??

you should eat lots of carbs and stuff like potatoes and blah blah blah... shouldn't "binge" though. not cool. then you'll weigh more but have a belly too

No.
I'm sorry, but you should not be 93 pounds if you are indeed 5'4".
Junk food has no nutritional value to your body, so if you want to gain weight, start eating healthy. Eat as many fruits and vegetable as you want, as well as some form of protein a day.
