I eat completly healthy which includes 0 trans fats, minimal saturated fats, high fiber and little sugar and I drink TONS of water.
I never eat at set times i basically eat all throughout the day non stop.
I never ever get full, and when i've reached my amount of fat for the day i will munch and munch on mostly veggies but sometimes fruit. Could this come back at me and cause me to gain weight eventually?

If you're taking in more calories than you're burning a day, yes.

Maybe, you sound pretty healthy, as for things like brocolli or carrots, or celery, (no dip!) you could probably eat it all day and be fine. But fruit or starchy veggies like corn or squash, you can't eat all day. They're great 4 you, but they will catch up
