we dont know what motivates Obama but im pretty sure its his hate of White people stemming from his Mother Leaving him with his White Grandma, who used to curse his Black father for leaving him

To those who call you racist for asking the question, let me ask them a question:

Q. Do you deny that it affects light-skinned people disproportionately?
A. Of course it does. Even if a black person owns the salon, he'll pass the tax on to white customers.

We can't know if this law is racially motivated because we can't know what's in people's hearts. There is clear medical evidence against tanning -- as there is against high-fat foods, alcohol, smoking, cars that go 120 mph, etc.

But none of those people got penalized, did they? .So draw your own conclusions.
