1. No junk food but a maybe a little at parties and such. 2. No more soda, only water, milk, and juice every once in a while. 3. Only eating until I start to feel full, no over eating. 4. Running a mile or however much four up and down the canal by my house is at least 3 times a week. 5.Ab, and upper body workouts that last about 10-20 minutes at least 5 times a week. 6. Healthy snacks when I get hungry. I don't think that I'm fat but 15 years old,I'm 5'3 and 129 Ibs. and I want to be a USCG Rescue Swimmer so I'm not going to get in shape just by sitting on the couch. So will this work? How can I improve this fitness routine? Thanks!
