attending a great public school? AP English
Spanish IV Honors
Calculus Honors
Sociology/Psychology
East Asian Civilizations Honors
Human Anatomy
I've asked before whether my lack of AP classes will affect my chances of getting admitted to OSU, UW--Madison, UMD, UCLA or the University of Manchester (Britain). The only APs offered in my school are English, biology II and calculus , which are open only to seniors. I know I can't handle AP calculus and I'm taking anatomy rather than AP biology II because it seems more useful. But I'm also concerned that anatomy isn't even honors. Should I take AP biology II anyway, just for the AP credit?
The way my school schedules things you can only take 6 classes (excluding P.E./Health). Math and English are obviously required, and the others are up to you to take. But I'm even dropping band (I've played oboe since 5th grade) for the purpose of taking more academics.
My school scheduling really sucks. It really really does.
