is nextel direc talk compatible with the motorola dtr series radios?

both use 900 MHz ISM frequency band. both use the similar amounts of channels. but is it the same frequency standard. what i am asking is could you take a nextel phone in direc talk mode and would it to work with a motorola dtr series radio?
