Is not fulfilled prophecy is one of the great proofs of the Bible’s trustworthiness?

Does any other book even compare with the Bible? It was written over a 1,400-year time span, not just by a single author, but nearly forty, from all walks of life, on 3 different continents, in 3 different languages – yet the central message remains consistent throughout! Thousands of very old copies of the original texts, called manuscripts, have been discovered. Each displays the accuracy of the words we read today. No other religious text has more, or better, manuscript evidence. Events hundreds, even thousands, of years in the future are described in detail and repeatedly confirmed by archeology and secular history, even in our time! Not one, or even a few, but a multitude of fulfilled prophecies confirm that One Mind Who Knows beginning to end inspired both writer and events foretold. It is Jesus’ resurrection from the dead, however that is the greatest evidence the Bible can be trusted completely. No other Teacher, Prophet or religious leader has ever risen from the dead – all are still in their graves. If you accept eyewitness testimony concerning any other person of history, logic demands you must also accept the eyewitness testimony concerning Jesus’ resurrection. It would be admissible evidence in any court of law today and proves all His claims true. Jesus proved He was more than just another prophet, good teacher or religious leader. How? He claimed He would raise Himself from the dead, and then He did it! Friends and enemies, as well as soldiers who staked their very lives on guarding the gravesite witnessed his execution. Afterwards, hundreds of people, over a period of several weeks, provided abundant testimony that it was Him, and He truly was alive once again. Abundant non-Biblical evidence is provided by the Roman historians Tacitus & Suetonius, official correspondence of Governor Pliny the Younger to Emporer Trajan, Thallus, Phlegon, Mara Bar-Serapion to name a few. Over 30,000 manuscripts, codices, the Dead Sea scrolls, the Masoretic Text confirm the accuracy of the translations in use today. No other person of history has numerous fulfilled prophecies like Jesus of Nazareth. His birth, life, ministry, death and resurrection are foretold in astonishing detail. They provide undeniable proof for the existence of God and proof the Bible can be completely trusted as God’s word. Most of all, be sure to read for yourself, John 2:19-21; Romans 1:3-4; Matthew 12:30; John 14:6; John 8:58; John 12:48-49.
Mankind’s greatest need is defined and resolved with one unified message. Our need for God’s forgiveness and, most importantly, the simple way that forgiveness is made available, are presented clearly – His way for us to be right with Him. When a person confesses to God the many ways they have offended Him - all the lies, stealing, lust, not-forgiving, abusing God’s name, hateful thoughts and talk - truly sorry from their heart, turns from them and asks His forgiveness (repentance); then trusts Jesus’ death on the cross took the punishment their sins deserved, that person can be assured they are right with God and have eternal life. You can do these things right now. Get started reading the Bible now and discover how the Bible says to be right with God, Luke 15:1-24; Matthew 4:17; Luke 24:46-47; Romans 2:4-5; Romans 3:23-24; James 2:10; Hebrews 9:27; 1 John 1:8-9; Romans 5:8; Romans 10:9-10; Romans 10:13; Ephesians 2:8-9; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:24; 1 Peter 3:18; John 3:36; 1 John 5:11-13; John 14:15 www.GodsLoveProven.com
He's giving you time for repentance. Hell will be full of good people, who thought their good deeds would save them, but never did the simple things God requires to have eternal life, that is, confess your sins to God and ask His forgiveness; He will! Then turn from them proving your repentance is real. Trust Jesus took the punishment your sins deserved, on His cross (aka “believing in Jesus”). I have done this; so can you.
