for the money I think u can get a better more efficient sub that is richer.
keep searching. avoid mb quart subs. why waste power on mediocre sound?
 
I am considering purchasing two 12" Phoenix Gold RSD subwoofers, and I just wanted some confirmation on whether or not these are good subs. I don't want to pay 180 dollars per sub to have them suck. Plus, their stats fit the amp I've got almost perfectly (MBQuart ONX1.1000D).
 
I believe... yes. they sound pretty good to me. But $180/Sub? Are you sure you want to spend an extra $360 on your car stereo? My answer: Maybe, but leaning more towards yes.
