Is talking about people gossiping even if its not bad?

not a bad opinion of them, or just saying what has happened..
 
No, of course not. You could be saying, I really like my boss, or my neighbor or I love the way my sister got her hair cut. But saying unkind, untruths about people is deff gossipy, and best to be avoided.
 
It has been said that great people talk about ideas, average people talk about things and small people talk about other people.
 
No...Everyone talks about people else there wouldnt be a lot to talk about. As long as it nothing bad I dont c a problem with it. Anyone that tells u they dont talk about people.....they are liars!
 
Yes, according to the definition of gossip.

2. casual conversation: informal conversation or writing about recent and often personal events
