...the heisenberg uncertainty principle? is the current universe just one of the single states of the superposition as product of the inital wave function collapse or the universe is still in the superposition of a single quantum system?
was the condensation of the initial superposition a product of an observation?

Your question is invalid because you only offered one stimuli (initial wave function collapse) as a condition. A superposition, by definition, is the sum of the results of the effect of two stimuli (and note it is a sum, not a product).
