Is there a better FREE torrent than Lime Wire? ?

I just downloaded free lime wire basic, and found what i was looking for, but my Panda IS 2009 anti-virus program won't let me play these mp3s. So I just got finished uninstalling Lime Wire--- what is a better way? All I want is to download mps songs- no videos or programs or any other jazz.
I've got a PC- no apple macentosh
