hm well i dont know any with aliens but i do know a really good saga similar:
its called the Maximum Ride saga the author is James Patterson and they're really good books
i believe there is four books to the saga and than two others each on one of the main characters.
the books are basically on these hybrids or these people that were experimented on by scientist when they were little and they have wings now because of it. basically the books are about them after the experiments and how they escaped and wat happened after and how they are always being chased by some freaky people from where they were experimented on and the obsticles they run into which usually arent noticed till later (they think they're good but they're undercover bad people) and about how they save the world. there is romance and action and spies and quite a few funny parts.
