Is there a program to alert me of multiple places for truck drivers to visit on

certain dates? I am a administrative assistant to an oil recycling company. We have 4 route truck drivers who drive various locations picking up used oil. Some business produce more oil than others and need to be picked up more often. Therefore a driver may visit a city once a week but certain places need pick up every week, some every two, some once a month, etc. The drivers tend to forget further apart places sometimes and how long its been. I am trying to make some kind of system when every week I know where a driver is going and it can tell me what places that driver needs to go in that city this week to pick up. Is there any kind of program out there or tips anyone can give me for doing this. We deal with a lot of companies and these drivers are make 20 stops a day.
