Is there a program to allow me to burn DVD's with DVD-Player compatible videos?

See, I'm looking for a program that I can burn some videos (episodes of anime/random amvs/other random videos/etc) onto a DVD, then be able to put this DVD into a DVD-Player (such as an actual dvd player, or an XBOX360) and have it have a very simple menu, just text, and very simple navigation (between the videos or such).

Is there such a program available? And I have multiple types of video files I would like to use.

For that I use the Windows Movie Maker. I use it when I have random video formats like AVIs or MPGs. It gives me a good selection of layouts and program/menu templates. I got some old movies in AVI format and with the Windows Movie Maker I had some slick looking DVDs with my choice of format. It was really quick to do, took about 20 minutes overall.

They worked on my PS2 and all the DVD players I tried, as well as the friends I made the DVDs for.

The program should be on your computer if you use Windows, or you can get it at the Windows site for free I'm sure.
