I know there are legal aid organizations and state bar sections that offer free legal services (in person and/or over the phone) but most of these are geared to those who most need it (i.e. landlord-tenant law, family law, elder care, etc.)...as it should be. But, I have a product idea that I need specific intellectual property advice for, but don't have the money to pay an attorney for the initial consultation. Most law firms I have contacted do not offer free consultations for IP work, especially over the phone. Anything you can tell me would be much appreciated. Thanks.
