Is there a website wherein I can download torrents for Ipad games and apps?

I have a crappy internet connection and I'm looking for a way to download big apps wherein I can pause it or when my internet connection stops and resume it afterwards. DAP doesn't work and all I can think of are torrents. So any ideas? Need Help! Thanks in advance =)
