Is there an Excel formula / trick to select all cells with a phone number? or "www."?
I have Excel 2007. I pulled names from a directory but I want to delete the rows containing phone numbers. All numbers have this format:

Yes, there is a space after the area code. Also is there a way to select cells that contains:
www.
