Is there any Non scam website to make and send custom ringtones to your phone?

Just got a new phone and the at&t guy gave me credits to replace my ringtones from the boondocks, but they don't offer it in the wireless store anymore. I'm sure there has to be at least one legit site for making and sending custom ringtones to your phone.

Ventones.com is a good one. When you send one to your phone though, Make a ringtone, and check the box that says other people can download it. To send it to your phone, open the mosquito ringtone on the front page, then find your ringtone in a different tab. Then go back to the mosquito ringtone and click send to phone.
