Is there any way to fix my action replay max GBA?

I heard that it messed up from over use, because while I was playing it, it messed my TM's up on Pokemon Fire red, but I didn't use any codes to change them, and then after this the screen goes blank and then Weird sounds came from my Game, Does any one know how to fix it? or maybe even know what happened, preferably both? lol
 
ok u gwet the acon replay start up the game and then disable all codes then press slect start L and R then it should work
