You can try water, salt, minerals (zinc, magnesium), vitamin C, vitamin E with selenium and lots of amino acids, flax seed oil and eat dark green raw or get liquid chlorophyll. Also, zinc and lots of vitamin C - like 2000-3000 mg a day, Alpha-Linolenic acid (Omega 3) and Linoeic acid (Omega 6).
Stop the coffee, tea, soda, chocolate and alcohol.
