a court case?
I appreciate the responses. I am not asking the question to retrieve messages for myself, but to retrieve someone else's text messages and email accounts for proof of there shady business agreements within our company.
If you have a subpoena, the cell phone provider will have some records. With out it you're going find it difficult to get the info if it has been erased from the phone.
If its your phone...call your carrier and they will help you with the Tech support on it. If you want to know how many texts were sent...the cellphone carrier always send a detailed bill...if you want to see what was said...if it's not been deleted...you should be able to still view them...again call tech support so that you do not accidentally lose them.
