Is this a good BMX bike (Link provided)?

All the info is in the link. It's this bike on Craigslist. I just want a bike I can use mostly to bunny hop over/off stuff (ex. Curbs). I got a hold of him and he says the bike weighs about 29.30. Is that good for what I said?
