is this a good fitness schedule?

Hi everyone, heres my schedule that I will start and do every day for 1 month to see if I can build and tone up my muscles, do you think it is any good and may work?

Every day:
20 Sit-Ups/Crunches
A 30-minute jog every morning
Drink 2 litres of water every day
A 10-30 minute session on weight-lifting


What else should I do or is this perfect?
I am 16 years old, 6 Ft 3 and quite slim for my height ( 11 stone)
After a month of this, should I be more toned?
