Hi. Im currently on a mission to getting my muscles ripped/toned/cut however you wanna call it. I am already pretty bulky and look big but i have some fat on the muscles and im guessing why thats why my muscles dont look ripped. I developed a new routine for getting that fat of my muscles and get ripped and still maintain my strength. This is the routine...
Monday - Chest / triceps (10 - 15 reps for every set of a workout I do) and light cario after
Tuesday - Back / Biceps (10 - 15 reps for every set of a workout i do..) Abs / heavy jogging + sprints
Wendsday - Shoulders / legs (10 - 15 reps for every set of a workout i do..) light cardio
Thursday - (Same as monday) + abs and heavy cardio and sprints
Friday - (Same as tuesday) - abs and heavy cardio and sprints
Saturday - cardio
Sunday - rest
Also everyday i drink lean protein shake after everyworkout
Let me know your opinion on the routine.. if theres any changes that should be made, if its good, if its bad, and why. Also if its good let me know how long it will take for me to reach my goal for a ripped body.
