I have started going to the gym again and although I do get a lot of information from websites about workouts, I thought it would be nice to hear a 'real' persons point of view.

A little info about me first:
Don't know my height, I'm medium/smallish sized,
19 years old,
About 9.5 stone,
Don't smoke, occasionally drink.
Quite fit, although a slight podgy area at very lower stomach.
So I go to the gym 5/6 days a week - BUT - each day I go I target different areas of my body. Just wondering if what I'm about to propose is good stuff, if not, what changes could be made...?

Monday -1 or 1.5 hour - Exercises to target back and shoulders.
Tuesday - 1 hour - Intense Cardio* - Jogging, high incline power walking, bike machine.
Wednesday - 1 or 1.5 hour - Exercises to target triceps and pecs.
Thursday - 1 hour - Intense Cardio* - Cross trainer, rowing machine.
Friday - 1 or 1.5 hour - Exercises to target abs and biceps.
Saturday - 1 hour - Intense Cardio*Jogging and cycling.
* = every time I do cardio, I mix in 200+ sittups at the end.

I know the weights, reps etc. that will work best for me, and I have started a high protein diet.

Basically, am I on the right tracks?
And also how long would you estimate for my stomach to get toned and six pack to appear. My top half is starting to muscle up, and I know I need around 8/9% body fat in order for a six pack to become visible. Just what is your estimate?

Thanks.
I guess I should clarify that the '200 sittups' - they're not all done at the same time, nor are they the same type of sittup -I was just trying to generalize - I do crunches, cycling method, v ups, etc.
