Is this amount of food unhealthy ( in terms of weight loss)?

1 can of tuna in water
1 weet bix in skim milk
100 gm of mixd vegetables
1 cup of pepsi max

Can anyone suggest some foods that are low in calories, fat and carbs that are tasty

Is the above list good in terms of weightloss, will I lose weight on a diet like that?
