I wanna loose weight, and im walking everyday about 2 miles, and the diet that im going to do would be this:
BREAKFAST: An Orange, && Cottage Cheese. Water
LUNCH: Salad Low fat dressing, Water.
DINNER: Brocolie And Chicken. Water.
JUST THAT, NOTHING ELSE FOR 3 And A Half months?
