Is this legal? (iTunes sharing)?

it's spelled DRM

and you don't need an account for non DRM music, you can however have up to five computers for DRM'd music.

so in a sense, you could share the music you bought with up to five friends, whether it has DRM or not.

My friend and I are thinking about doing this but we wanted to know if it was legal. So my friend just got an Ipod touch and I have had one for a while and I have apps that were paid and some that were the free app of the week thing. We were thinking of making a separate account that we could home share on and he could get all the media I had and I could get his. We would only be putting credit on our own personal accounts and neither would have access to the credit card that created the shared account. Is this legal, because iTunes raised prices on the media so that there was no DMR....
Is this legal?!?!?!?!?!?!

Doesn't sound bad to me, at least. You aren't stealing anything, and all of the items are paid for and you are not selling it for money either. Seems fine.
