is this movie hd dvd or plain dvd? is there a huge difference?

i want to buy this movie and i found that it is cheaper on ebay, but my family just bought a new 42" lcd 1080p tv and i want the best possible picture that i can get in this movie.

i dont have a blu ray player, i have an xbox360 so dont tell me to get blu ray but i want to know if this movie here is hd dvd or just plain dvd?

so will the new movie that came out (apparently its dvd) will it still look good on the tv?
 
its regular dvd. wall E is only in blu ray and dvd

I think you are confused between blu ray / hd dvd
are almost the same except blu-ray holds more space
they are the same thing practically

if you have an xbox360 i tihnk u also have that hd-dvd attachment which is obsolete meaning that HD-DVD is useless no companies are making those anymore.

if you are not gonna get a blu-ray player im sorry to say that you cannot watch wall-e in high deph even if you got it for a buck
