Is trading an HTC Evo 4G to receive an iPod Touch 4Gen a good deal?

I have an acquaintance who wants to make the trade. I actually don't need the phone, as I have a phone through work. The prices seem similar, and the ipod is the 64gb variety and is new in the box. The phone is lightly used.
