I just checked & avast! Antivirus didn't report anything. Google has probably listed the site as malicious because the program can unlock DRM protected media. Use it at your own risk.
Ironically, you'll see the Google icon at the bottom right of the page!

People at google scan lots of websites and block the ones which they find suspicious and/or harmful.
If it says 'proceed at your own risk' then it's probably best to stay away fro it.
You could also try scanning it and there are several good websites for that.
