Is WIND mobile a good phone company?

I am a 13 year old girl and my parents are getting me my first phone. There not getting me anything very fancy as this is my first phone and I feel that there is no need to anyway. The phone plan that I'm getting is the Clever one which costs $15 a month before tax. Does anyone know if WIND mobile is a good phone company though? Any personal experiences? Thank you in advance! :)
 
As for the service, I haven't tried it myself, but I heard that many people got shoddy coverage as a result of the service. Reasons are dropped calls, lag times between the caller and the recipient, among other factors.
