Itunes 8 won't show album artwork, why?

So, I have the artwork where it should be, but the only place it shows is in grid. if I open a song to see the album art, it has a check saying it's there but it doesn't show anything. also, my Itunes when cover flow is on says where the albums should be. "Itunes is unable to browse album cover"

I've been searching around, but I can't find any info on this, and the closest thing to my problem, well all the posts are from 2006.

I have itunes 8 btw.
 
You seem to have a technical problem, if you have bought an album legally, then the album artwork should come with, and once put onto your iTunes the album artwork should appear with every song. The only idea I have is taking all your music with no album artwork off your iTunes and putting it back on.

If that doesn't work then you need to find the nearest computer/electronics
store and ask them for help, and if you have an apple computer you should try and find the nearest apple store preferably.
 
try deleting it then re-installing it.
it should work, so there may have been a problem or something went wrong when you downloaded it.
