iTunes library vanished! 10 points reward for help?

I opened up my iTunes and i got a message saying "iTunes Library.itl does not seem to be a valid iTunes Library file. iTunes has created a new iTunes Library and renamed this file to iTunes Library (damaged).itl

help!! how can i restore my music library back.
I use iTunes 8 and have an iPhone 8gb if that's relevant

What you can do is put the music from your iPod into a new iTunes Library.

If you're running on a Mac use Senuti (Google it)

If you're running on Windows use iDump (Google it)
