If you have a samsung wave - to unblock you go to settings on main menu and click on applications
depending on if you have blocked calls or messages - click on the corresponding tab.
Once there click into general settings and hit block messages or calls
in the centre at the bottom hit the (...) tab and hit delete.this will show a list of the numbers you have blocked - check all the numbers and this will remove them from the blocked list.
