On Y/A the watchtower is often accused of false prophecy, and the jehovah wintesses tend to ignore the statements and quotes we dispaly indicating of events they prohpesied but did not come true

often they said some of the apostels got things wrong, but i never knew a postle to make a prophetic statement which was then not true

so therefore

let us ask you, what do you understand by false prophecy

and let us know if you beleive this statement below is a flase prophecy or not according to your defintion:

1918 "Therefore we may confidently expect that 1925 will mark the return of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the faithful prophets of old, particularly those named by the Apostle in Hebrews 11, to the condition of human perfection." (Millions Now Living Will Never Die, p. 89)

Your quote from a WT book is not a prophesy; it's a prediction.

Now why don't you tell me what your religion is so that I can dig up some dirt on you from websites that speak negatively about your religious group?

BTW, if you are such an expert on what the "Millions Now Living Will Never Die" book says, please tell me what it says on page 67. Can you? Nah, I didn't think so.

Tara and Line dancer claim there is a difference between prediction and prophesy, yet the Watchtower and Bible Tract Society claim to be Prophets of God with angelic direction. And the only channel between God and man. They have to do away with Christ who was the only mediator between God and man, it is their job now.

As the only channel, or by being directed by God’s angels and their many claims that they are God’s prophets, any thing they say about future events is a prophesy which is a prophetic prediction.

The WBTS has been making these prophetic predictions for many years and now have over 100. They result of correct prophetic predictions are 100% and that is outstanding. That’s correct 100% failure, none correct, zero, nil, zilch. They have not got one prophetic prediction correct yet.

False prophesy is where you get just one prophecy wrong, so they can not be classed as false prophets as they have never got any correct.

Therefore, you can only say they that they are not spokespersons from God in any way. Nothing of their word is true, they make what they claim to be prophetic predictions, and have got none correct.

No the WBTS can not be called false prophets, false predictors, or anything but wrong. Nothing they have ever said has been correct. So they are not guilty of being false prophets just always wrong.

My religion is the Church of God; I believe what God tells me not what a group of self appointed directors that believe they replace Christ as the only mediator between God and man.
