Jesse James Hollywood "Alpha Dog" Question?

Jesse James Hollywood's Case will be heard very soon on April 27, 2009. The family of Nick want him to get the death penalty. Personally I feel that the victims family should be able to apply for a hunting permit to go after him themselves. So I am curious to hear what people think is going to happen with this case.
I realize the movie is no way to view the case. I do think though that they will probably have a lot of witnesses who will testify he gave the order. I am very interested in hearing the outcome of this case.
I am thinking he won't get the death penalty either, but I also doubt he will get 15 years. I am thinking he will get life with the possibility of parole, but it really depends on what kind of evidence they have against him as to what kind of sentence he will receive.

he probably wont get the death penalty, they really have very little evidence against him, most of the "evidence" is just theories about the case, that being said he will be convicted and get 15 to life is my guess. remember in the actual case (not the movie) the boy and jesse were NEVER together, just other people said he was in charge, giving orders out, that they have NO phone recordings of.
