Joke I don't get, feel really stupid!?

My friend told me this joke in school, but I don't get it! It's embarrassing, because I'm normally the ones making the jokes! What does it mean, or is it just a bad joke?

that's a stupid joke she should tell you one like this:
Jack went up a beanstalk thgen down a beanstalk then up a beanstalk then down again
Inthe bottom he met Jill.
Jill: Do you wanna go tumble down to get a drink of water
Jack: No
Jill: But why
Jack: I just don't
