As you know I'm trying to get into the Air Force.
Well as a single father that never had custody to begin with(probably not) he told me I need papers stating that I have no physical/legal custody of my son. So I'm like how do you go about getting these papers? Do I just walk into the court house front desk or this is something you have to set up a crappy court date that could take forever. All I'm needing is just some papers showing I'm not the father not to speak with the judge. He also said something about an attorney? I've never been to court so I'm kinda slow on this but all this for some papers?
