jvc th-m505 home theater system and dynex lcd television?

neither of them turn on. i got both out of the garbage in Watertown, Wi. i e-mailed the geek squad (from Best Buy), and they said it it probably got hit by a surge. how much will the adverage cost be to get it repaired? is there any way i can repair them myself? if anyone can send me a link, please send it to: [email protected]

There's a reason why you found them in the garbage in the first place. Both items are garbage from the begeining. Throw it back in the garbage it is not worth repairing.
