I was driving home from work i turned on the main road and headed straight north and a lady driving a car was in the turn lane to turn into a plaza so she would of have to cross 4 lanes of traffic to do so. when i approached towards her she hesitated then leaped to dart across the 4 lanes and i try to stop and smack in to her side of her bumper, 6 inches and i would of missed her. The officer gave the ticket for failing to yelled onto on coming traffic. 2hours latter after hospital Visit nothing wrong with me no broken bones just muscles hurt. BIKE TOTALLED! and now with that being only way to work what to do with this hole citation. Should i see lawyer i live in Florida the no fault state
