What do I do? please help? I have an HP lap top that I got about 2 months ago.. It has worked fine up until today.
The last time I used it was yesterday afternoon and everything was working fine. Then today when I tried turning it on I got a black screen and this message: "An error has occurred Press ctrl+alt+delete to restart"
I've pressed it several times and nothing happens I'm back to that screen again..
I have my history notes in there and I need them asap so I could study for a midterm..
How can I fix this problem?
FYI: I know for a fact that my laptop does NOT have a virus..
