I tried installing updates but at stage 3, it got stuck at one point for about two hours. I turned the laptop off and then on, and it showed me a plain black page giving me options like:
"Safe Mode"
"Safe mode with networking"
"Last Known Good Configuration"
and so on.
It also says I should try putting my OS CD and "repairing" Windows.
However, no matter which option I try, it gets stuck on the booting/ loading page "Microsoft Corporation" and doesn't load successfully load Windows.
How do I solve this problem?
