lastest msn windows live mobile version?

where can i get the latest msn mobile verion from? im on 3

i have tryed uninstalling windows live messenger on my mobile and re-installing it to see if it finds any updates which it hasn't...
i currently have a version where you cant do much,
but my friend has a version where she can be in duo conversations, how do i get this?
please help?
