Lexus 1993 es300 overheating when driving slow or still. Cools in the highway...?

I need the fan and fan motor and fan blades and fan relay or switch fuse..... can anyone help me locate this part. I am having problems finding it. and $$$ how much$$$ thanks so much.....

I changed the thermostat today and added new coolant fluid.
What else may be causing this overheating...?
