limewire is unable to connect to internet?

i just install the limewire 5.6.0 beta version for mac ,and when i open it ,its reporting an error says that is unable to connect to internet , and its says that i need to update my security software to allow limewire to access internet. What do i do ?

Limewire is under investigation! it would be wise to uninstall that. you could get into trouble for having that software.

Limewire was shut down look it up on wikipedia. Use Frostwire or Mp3 Rocket.

It's full of spyware and all you are going to get with it are crappy MP3s made from scratched CDs with the artist and title wrong and the ending cut off.

Limewire no longer exists. To many people getting into trouble and then companies suing the individuals for millions. Try using Frostwire.
