Linksys router cant connect to internet.?

Ok i got a linksys router model BEFSR41...and for some reason it cant connect to the internet.....i tryed all diffrent types of cables and i followed the setup instructions and still it wont connect...i need help!

the same thing happened wid me when i bought the router .....later i took help of an IT person to help me connect it..he changed the configuration n it started workin!!

did you check the connections and if if it still does not work some thing is interfering with the signal or the thing has a bug

linkeys suck man they are rip offs when i bought mine it didn't work at all to
